Strength and Conditioning Partnership
Carlile Swimming Team and the Carlile Competitive Program are pleased to announce a partnership with Sydney Sport and Exercise Physiology. The partnership will deliver expertise in strength and conditioning along with athletic development programs in support of our swimmers and coaching staff.
The partnership encompasses programming and supervision of dryland sessions with the Youth Performance Squad, creation of an athletic development program for our National, Age and Junior Performance Squads that will guide the dryland conditioning of our swimmers outside of the pool, while also supporting the programming and development of the coaching staff.
We will be working closely with Dean McNamara and Hollie Webster. Both Hollie and Dean have a long and successful background in high performance sport and will form a critical component of our athlete preparation and support program moving forward. If you see them around pool deck please make them feel welcome.
